Lewandowski Outscored Cr7 and Messi to Become this Year's FIFA’s Best Player

Robert Lewandowski has defeated two Well-known Record breakers in world of sports, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo also known as Cr7 to win FIFA's best player for 2020.

On Thursday, during the late hours, it was announced that the 32-Year-old player has won the most notable award in world of football. 

The Event was attended by less sports men and women due to the Covid-19 pandemic that has killed over 1 Million People. The event was hosted virtually on 17th day of December.
According to Wikipedia, "Robert Lewandowski is a Polish professional footballer who plays as a striker for Bundesliga club Bayern Munich and is the captain of the Poland national team."

Torixus learnt that the striker helped his German Club, Bayern Munich to lift the Champions League trophy. He also aided Bayern Munich in making sure it wins Bundesliga and German Cup in 2020. These made him to dominate Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

Report has it that, he gave 55 Goals in 47 Matches during the 2019/2020 season. He also finished as the highest scorer in the German League and also in Champions League.

The Award was presented to him by the  FIFA president, Gianni Infantino. 

Speaking after been handed the award, Lewandowski said: 'If you win such an award and share that title with Messi and Ronaldo, that is unbelievable and it means so much to me.

'A long time ago, I remember I was longing for something like this and now I can win such and award. 

'This really means, regardless of where you come form, all that matters is what you put into it.'
