3 Days after Seriki Fulani's House was Razed Down, Fire Brings Down Igboho's House In Ibadan

Few days after buildings owned by Seriki Fulani was razed down by angry residents in Oyo, Sunday Igboho's house was also gutted by fire.

The house of a well-known activist and agitator of the Republic of Odudua, Chief Sunday Adeyemo, popularly called Sunday Igboho, was razed down by fire during the early hours of Tuesday. The duplex structure in Oluyole Local Government area of ​​Ibadan the Oyo state capital on Tuesday morning.

Torixus confirmed the report through a video that has made round the internet, showing the burned house of the activist. Daily Trust also confirmed the incident through a phone conversation with a close friend of Igboho.

Recall, Torixus reported on 23rd January, 2021 that many structures owned by Seriki Fulani of Oyo State, Alhaji Saliu Abdulkadir, were allegedly set on fire by aggrieved people in Igangan community of Ibarapa zone of Oyo State. This happened after the Yoruba activist visited his place de él to give him seven-day quit notice to the Fulani herdsmen in Oyo.

The source that spoke to Daily Trust said that the activist was not in his house when the incident happened, but that he called his men to check if anyone was killed as a cause of the outbreak.

Reporters were told by a source that the affected building was were Igboho was staying before moving to a new building which is also in the same compound.
