"IPOB Deserves To Be Heard" - Governor-Elect, Soludo Says, Tells FG What To Do

The Governor-elect of Anambra state, Charles Chukwuemeka Soludo, has made a comment concerning a proscribed Igbo group known as IPOB.



The economics professor was seen in a new video that resurfaced online on Wednesday, 11 November, saying that the group needs to be heard by the government of Nigeria. While stating that IPOB needs to be heard, the 61-year-old man advised the federal Government of Nigeria, led by President Muhammadu Buhari, to do the needful by taking some steps in making sure that the group is settled.

Charles Soludo was announced as the Governor-elect of Anambra state on Tuesday, 9 November, 2021, by the independent Electoral commission (INEC). He secured over 112,000 votes. 

On Wednesday, a video resurfaced online, showing when he talked about the proscribed igbo group, while telling the FG what to do to end the civil unrest that has been created by its existence.
